Service Description. This Site describes Acreage Mowing, Land Clearing, Trenching, Dumpster Rental, Junk Removal, Debris Removal, Demolition Service, Excavation Service provided by GROUNDUP CONTRACTING. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by GROUNDUP CONTRACTING or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Warranty Disclaimer. GROUNDUP CONTRACTING makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GROUNDUP CONTRACTING's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid GROUNDUP CONTRACTING in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify GROUNDUP CONTRACTING from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OR law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OR for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Updates. GROUNDUP CONTRACTING reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
